First Produced by Muncie Civic Theater in Muncie, IN in 2004.

Inspired true events, Bridges of a Portland woman who left her suburban life behind to join a 'street family'. Three days later she was found brutally murdered on the esplanade of the Willamette River. Police interviews revealed that the murder had been carried out by the young members of the family as punishment for 'breaking the code'.

Set in Portland, OR in the hysteria that followed September 11th and proceeded the U.S. invasion of Iraq: Bridges examines what happens to a society when the defense of it's ideals becomes so aggressive that it contradicts them altogether.
